Zikr was built on the conviction that fine jewelry should be real — in the gold, in the stone, and in what it means to the person wearing it.
Where Zikr began
I grew up in Kuwait, where jewelry was never saved for occasions — it was worn into a Tuesday the same way it was worn to a celebration. The women I admired wore real gold every day, as part of how they moved through the world. It was heavy, warm, and entirely without pretension.
When I moved to Canada, I went looking for that same quality. What I found instead were brands selling gold-plated pieces at fine jewelry prices, and fine jewelry at prices that treated it as a once-in-a-decade decision. Neither was right.

So I built Zikr. For the woman who knows the difference between real gold and the idea of gold. Who buys for herself. Who wants a piece she'll still love in twenty years — and isn't willing to pretend that plating is fine jewelry.

Our gold — solid and recycled
All Zikr jewelry is solid gold — not plated, not filled. And all of it is recycled gold, reclaimed from existing sources and refined to the same chemical purity as newly mined material. The gold in your ring may have been someone else's bracelet. We find that meaningful.
14K Recycled Yellow Gold — 58.3% pure gold. The sweet spot between richness and resilience. Our most popular karat — deep warm colour with excellent everyday durability
18K Recycled Yellow Gold — 75% pure gold. The deepest warmth and highest purity we carry. For those who want the richest gold tone against their skin.
18K Recycled Rose Gold — 75% pure gold. Warm gold with a blush undertone. Available in select chain styles — a beautiful complement to yellow gold layering.
Our natural diamonds
Every diamond at Zikr is natural — formed in the earth over billions of years — and ethically sourced. We do not carry lab-grown stones. Every stone is individually hand-selected for its character and its light.

CLARITY GRADE
Very Slightly Included — entirely eye-clean in person. Inclusions visible only under 10× magnification. The ideal clarity for everyday fine jewelry.
