Shipping — Canada
Orders over $500 CAD: Complimentary tracked and insured shipping, 3–5 business days.
Orders under $500 CAD: Flat rate $15 CAD. Express (1–2 days): $28 CAD.
Shipping — United States
Orders over $800 CAD: Complimentary tracked shipping, 5–8 business days.
Standard: $25 CAD. Express (2–4 days): $45 CAD. US customers are responsible for any customs duties on receipt.
Processing time
Ready-to-wear orders ship within 2–4 business days. Concierge bespoke pieces follow a separate timeline (typically 6–10 weeks from approval).
Returns — 30-day policy
We accept returns on eligible pieces within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with order confirmation.
Contact hello@zikrfinejewelry.com with your order number. We provide a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Refunds process within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Complimentary ring resizing
Complimentary on all Zikr pieces within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, available at a nominal fee. Takes 1–2 weeks.
