  • We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@zikrfinejewelry.com. Once your order has shipped, we won't be able to modify it.

  • We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods at checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Processing typically takes 3 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Yes, express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Orders shipped to the United States typically incur customs duties or import taxes once they arrive. These fees are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

    At Zikr, we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you as smoothly as possible. However, any additional fees or customs processing times are managed directly by US Customs authorities.

RETURNS EXCHANGES

  • We accept returns within 10 days for customers in the US and Canada, starting from the date your shipment is delivered.

    Return requirements:

    • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage.

    • Returned items must include all original packaging (tags, box, pouch).

    • Complete sets must be returned as a whole — individual items cannot be returned separately.

    • Orders must be returned from the same country where they were originally purchased.

    Non-returnable items: Engraved or monogrammed products, gift cards, and final sale items.

  • At Zikr, we are committed to creating jewelry that lasts a lifetime. Each piece is carefully handcrafted from recycled solid gold — never plated or filled — ensuring pure, enduring quality. Our diamonds are handpicked and hand-cut, making each one as unique as the weare

  • All Zikr jewelry is solid gold — 14K or 18K. We do not carry gold-plated, gold-filled, or gold-vermeil pieces. Every piece is the same material all the way through and will never fade, tarnish, or turn your skin green.

  • Recycled gold is gold that has already been mined and refined, then reclaimed from old jewelry, industrial components, or other recovered material and refined again to the same chemical purity as newly mined gold. Choosing recycled gold means your piece required no new mining. The material is identical in quality — only the history is different.

  • 14K gold is 58.3% pure gold — richer in colour than lower karats, with excellent durability for everyday wear. Our most popular karat. 18K gold is 75% pure gold — the deepest warmth and highest purity we carry. Slightly softer than 14K, ideal for pieces worn with a little more care. Both are solid, real, recycled gold.

  • All Zikr diamonds are 100% natural — formed in the earth over billions of years. We do not carry lab-grown diamonds. Every stone is ethically sourced and individually selected for its quality and brilliance.

  • H–I colour means near-colourless — virtually indistinguishable from D–F colourless stones to the naked eye, at significantly better value. VS clarity (Very Slightly Included) means any inclusions are visible only under 10× magnification — the stone is completely eye-clean in person. Together these grades deliver exceptional brilliance at honest value.ription

  • Yes — solid gold is highly durable and will not tarnish or fade. You can wear your Zikr jewelry every day, in any setting, without worrying about water or wear.

  • Most jewelry sensitivities are caused by nickel in lower-grade alloys. Our recycled gold alloys are formulated to be nickel-free. If you have a known sensitivity, we recommend 18K — its higher gold purity means fewer alloy metals. Contact us before purchasing if you have specific concerns.

  • Centre diamonds in Concierge bespoke pieces come with GIA or equivalent grading certificates. Accent diamonds in our ready-to-wear collection are graded and sourced to our stated specifications. Contact us for certification details on any specific piece.

WARRANTY & CARE

  • We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted jewelry. We offer a six-month warranty from the date you receive your order, covering defects or issues related to craftsmanship.

    Our warranty does not cover:

    • Lost items

    • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, tarnishing, or fading

    • Damage from improper care, including exposure to chemicals or excessive force

    • Modifications made by third parties outside of Zikr

WAITLIST & PRE-ORDERS

  • The waitlist is for customers interested in purchasing items that are currently out of stock. By joining the waitlist, you will be notified as soon as the item becomes available again.

  • Simply click the "Join Waitlist" button on the product page, enter your email, and you will be added to the list. We will notify you via email as soon as the item is restocked.

  • No, there is no limit. Anyone can join the waitlist, and we will notify all waitlisted customers once the item is back in stock.

  • Yes — waitlist members will receive priority and be notified first when the item is restocked.

  • Yes — products available for pre-order can be ordered directly from our website. Once your order is placed, we will provide an estimated delivery time frame. Pre-ordered items typically take 3–4 weeks to arrive.
