From your vision, we create a CAD jewelry design that translates emotion into form. You receive a detailed CAD image that brings your idea into clear focus. With up to three thoughtful revisions, we refine every curve and contour until it feels unmistakably yours. After our consultation, we dedicate one full week to translate your personal story and technical specifications into a precise, detailed 3D rendering. This rendering serves as the visual confirmation of your design and kicks off the collaboration stage.

We want your piece to be perfect. The design fee includes up to three complimentary iterations of the 3D rendering. This allows us to work closely with you until the design emotionally and visually connects with your vision before moving into the production phase.

The overall timeline typically ranges from 10 to 18 weeks, depending on the complexity of your design and the time required for material sourcing. This is broken down as follows:
Design & Rendering: 1–3 weeks (includes initial rendering and up to three refinement iterations)
Production: 6–12 weeks (time varies based on design complexity and materials).
Delivery: 4–6 weeks (includes final quality checks and secure, insured shipping).

The final cost will vary per design and is determined by three main factors: the complexity of the design, the type and carat weight of the gemstone(s) chosen, and your preferred solid gold karat (10K, 14K, or 18K). We ensure full transparency during the quoting process.

Our initial consultation is complimentary. To begin the 3D rendering process for your custom piece, we require an upfront payment of $100 CAD. This amount is fully deducted from the final cost of your piece when you decide to proceed with the order.
Once the final design is approved and the order is placed, we require a 40% deposit of the total price to commence production, with the remaining balance due upon completion of your design and prior to final shipping.
If you prefer different payment terms, please get in touch. Our Zikr Concierge service is designed specifically for you, and we are happy to discuss flexible payment arrangements.

We understand that personal visions can evolve. We encourage you to utilize the three complimentary refinement iterations during the design stage to ensure absolute satisfaction. If you decide not to proceed with the production phase after final design approval, the $100 CAD design payment is retained to cover the time dedicated to technical drafting and rendering.

Yes. We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds and gemstones of certified, high quality.

All individual diamonds over 1.00 carat are automatically provided with an official certification (typically GIA or IGI), guaranteeing its quality and specifications.
For diamonds and gemstones under 1.00 carat, certification can be arranged at the client's request for an additional fee. We will discuss these options transparently during the design consultation.
