SHIPPING CARRIER

We work with a range of trusted shipping partners — including Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and DHL — to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. The carrier is selected based on your location and order details.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

• Delivery Times:
  Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days once your order has been processed.

• Shipping Fees:

  • Orders over $250 CAD: Free standard shipping

  • Orders under $250 CAD:

    • Standard Shipping: CAD 12

    • Express Shipping: CAD 15

• Signature on Delivery:
  For your security, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE CANADA (US)

• Delivery Times:
  Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.

• Shipping Fees:

  • Standard Shipping: CAD 15

  • Express Shipping: CAD 20

• Signature on Delivery:
  Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, the carrier will leave a notice to reschedule or arrange pickup.

• Customs Fees & Duties:
  Please note that U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship within the US and Canada. If your location isn’t available at checkout, don’t hesitate to reach out, we will do our best to assist you.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@zikrfinejewelry.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with Canada Post. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
