SHIPPING CARRIER

We use Canada Post to ship all orders. Canada Post offers reliable service for both domestic and international deliveries.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

• Delivery Times: For standard shipping, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.

• Shipping Fees: Orders below $200 will incur a shipping fee of $15. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping within Canada.

• Signature on Delivery: For your protection, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign, Canada Post will leave a notice for you to reschedule delivery or pick up your package.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE CANADA (US)

• Delivery Times: For standard shipping, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.

• Shipping Fees: Orders below $200 will incur a shipping fee of $15. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping to the US.

• Signature on Delivery: Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you're unavailable to sign, Canada Post will leave a notice to arrange an alternative delivery time or pickup.

• Customs Fees & Duties: US orders may incur customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We currently ship within the US and Canada. If your location isn’t available at checkout, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do our best to assist you.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@zikrfinejewelry.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

• Lost Packages: If your package is lost, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with Canada Post. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
